As a assistant manager, The primary responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support to hotel manager.
The duties involve assisting guests, finding solutions for administration and guest problems, answering phones, The Assistant Manager will possess the ability to make decisions independently in the best interest of our guests and business.
In addition, they will assume the general managers responsibilities in their absence.
Responsibilities also include hotel laundry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The candidate must have the flexibility to work day or evening shifts including weekends.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in his day to day operations.
Assigns duties to FD team members, housekeeping and maintenance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
Receives and resolved or assists the General manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
Handle all Front Desk procedures.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Keep records of guest information and bookings.
Handle hotel laundry (linens and towels).
