You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay at our small intimate property.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, and special requests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Communicate with housekeeping and to make sure guest rooms get serviced Handle customer complaints as necessary Previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems a plus Well-versed in taking telephone calls Doing and folding laundry - towels and sheets 1
year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Part time position with growth opportunities to management.
Currently hiring for 1 day a week, 9-5 or possibly to 7, every Sunday and also to fill in occasionally for other staff when out.
Pay dependent on experience.
