Premier Estate Planning/Elder Law Firm is conducting a search for an Associate Attorney for its growing practice and one of the most well-established law firms in Brevard County, Florida.
PURPOSE: To develop one's estate planning and elder law practice by assisting the lead attorney as directed
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Select, draft, and finalize estate planning documents and review with staff and clients
Favorable court appearances on a limited basis for probate, guardianship and other matters
Know or be willing to quickly learn the details of government benefits eligibility to include Medicaid and Veterans' Administration
Work with one of three legal assistants to ensure quality and timely work product
Conduct client meetings on a limited basis

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Florida state attorney having a minimum of two years' experience in estate planning and/or elder law
Florida Bar License, in good standing
Practical law firm experience in trust administration, guardianships, and probate
Background in social work, long term care industry a plus
Background in Medicaid and/or Veterans' Administration planning a plus
Knowledge of PracticeMaster and TABS is a plus
Excellent references
